If Taylor beats Pavlik...

If Taylor is elite (I suppose you think so), will Pavlik's win over him prove anything?

He will stand in front like small Ouma and Taylor will again run all the night. But Pavlik isn't so small as Ouma.

Taylor will finally get ****ed :nut :!: He hasn't KO'ed ANYONE in 2 years and 5 fights :-(

Let me learn you something today!! Both fighters are undefeated, but look at Jermains Resume, and look at Pavliks. Pavlik has ummm....Miranda. Taylor has fought the best in Boxing, and no matter what ppl think he's held his own. Hops(twice) Winky, Spinks, Ouma! That's impressive just to fight all of them, but to still be undefeated while learning a new style! Jermain is going to come out the "Bad Intentions" Jermain of old, and Pavlik decides to go toe to toe, he get's dropped first! An aggressive Jermain is a dangerous one, and Pavlik will soon find out. If Anyone is looking at the Spinks, Winky, or Hops fight and actually thinking Jermain is slipping just ask yourself what Pavliks record would be in 4 fights against them!! I'd say 0-4!

 

Let taylor come at pavlik and try and bully him around---he will be eating canvas sooner than i think. Im saying pavlik ko's his ass by the 8th--if taylor comes at him--it will be by the 5th.

 

Let me teach you a bit.

Fighters are those who win the fights, not their resumes.

Too many examples to explain the obvious.

You'd better try to figure out the gameplan Taylor can use to beat Pavlik.

This is an example of a garbage gameplan. JT hasn't dropped anyone in 2 years and 5 fights.

I hope taylor is dumb enough to go toe to toe with pavlik. He hits like a bull and has proved he has a good chin. And taylor,,,,,,has,,,,?

 

It's easy.

Put the pressure from the very beginning, Taylor easily steps back to the ropes and the corners. Even feather-hitting Wright was able to back up him against the ropes. As JT tries to punch, trade with him, don't forget the body. Small Ouma ate plenty of Taylor's shots, do you really think JT can hurt Pavlik? Forget it.

Update: Taylor uses to fade in the late rounds. Simply finish him. And you should know... Pavlik is great finisher.

It aint as simple as that. All the guys who pressured Taylor were very good defensively. Winky in all honesty was the only guy to effectively pressure Taylor, and Hops to some extent when he wanted to. Pavlik aint either or, and he sure isn't as slick, or crafty! He's straight forward, and he might be able to take Miranda's shots, but I'm not sure he'll be taking Jermain's all night long:nono

It's going to be a hell of a fight, but Jermain isn't like anyone Pavliks fought, and on the other hand He's fought much better fighters than the one he's getting in Pavlik!!

Ouma wasn't. But he had no problem with taking Jermain's shots all night long :rasta

I'd pick Pavlik's right hand over Jermain's resume.

I bet people were talking about Micheal Spink's resume too before he fought Tyson.
