    ..then there really aint no point in a rematch with Pavlik as it would be the same result. I would of thought after all this while Steward would of helped improve Taylors defence but i guess not, Taylor's got away with it up to this point.

    Both really need to improve defensively

    Taylor needs to keep his hands up and Pavlik needs to move his head more

    I saw Taylor's problem as having more to do with his fight strategy. I think he would have had a lot more success he if he was more offensive and exercised more lateral movement. Pop, pop, bang and out so to speak. By trying to stand and counterpunch, he allowed Pavlik to use his hard jab to take initiative and set up big punches.

    I saw from round one how open Jermain was for the right hand, im suprized that he didnt try neutralise it or atleast try to defend against it.

    I think he has been Lacy'd. i don't know, just a gut feeling.

    His defense is definitely lacking, but you're right, his chin is good. I counted 16 landed punches before Jermain knocked him down.
