If Taylor fights Lopez or Crawford in the US, he'll need a KO or multiple knockdowns to win

Gotcha, I misread, thought you were meaning that Taylor was gonna just be like Ottke / Calz.

I'm pretty sure Taylor (at least personally) would happily fight anyone 147 and down, anywhere. I just hope the scoring of his fight with Ramirez don't put a dampener on this aspect of his mentality. Think Snake Arum seemed pretty miffed that Taylor won, whichs does make you question Baylis and the scorecards a bit - I'm not usually one for the tinfoil hat, but something was off there.

100% this! Taylor is very high in the intangibles in my book. Heart/Grit/Will to Win etc. It's a potent mix when you combine those attributes with his general solid fundamentals.

Right now his biggest weakness is getting tagged a wee bit more than I'd like to see - his head movement and defense could be improved; and he did note as much that after the Ramirez fight.

its not about the country, or about the man, its about the money. he is going to get better, his fan base will grow, and so will his clout. it will make financial sense to make sure he succeeds, for everyone in the industry...including judges.

Home cooking only occurs in the USA. Utterly ******ed I suspect some Yank on holiday stole your girl.

No, I'm not from Europe or Asia. I just want to see honest officiating.

Possibly. But guess what? The same thing will apply for Crawford if he fights Taylor in UK, as Arum said he’d like to make the fight there.

The cards for Taylor/Ramirez weren’t good, but I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that they were no worse than the ones in Taylor/Postol.

Me too. But do you actually rate what goes on outside the US as less biased? Do you really believe that?

Boy oh boy are you watching the wrong sport.

As a result Kenny Bayless will give you thirty seconds to recover while CJ Ross scores the half way finished fight 118-110 and leaves mid way through the fifth round.

So whats the point of singling out the US as if the UK is any less guilty of biased officiating?

It's been that way as long as I can remember, that's why it's such a contradiction when the US callers criticize other countries bias.

The two knock down was what won him the fight against Ramirez. Many did not see it that close.

On the topic, I think Crawford stops him. He outbox Teo bad or stops Teo .

We all watched lopez punch air for 7 or 8 rounds against loma, then get the crap kicked out of him only to win a decision. How about since crawford is yalls p4p #1 he goes over to the UK and fights taylor?

Agree. No way he wins a dec. in the states. He should angle for Saudi Arabia for money and unbiased judging. Get an objective referee- no more Bayless BS.
I doubt any US fighter would fight in the UK.
