IF Taylor had won...

    If Taylor had a bit more composure and had KO'd Pavlik when he had him in trouble, what would people's opinions be then of Pavlik? Lets face it, the people on here would ridicule him as hype, ****, etc etc as a KO2 doesn't look good on any record.

    On the flip side he showed vulnerability early on in the fight and this could pose problems against some of the elite... but the division doesn't really seem to be full of talent at the moment imo... thoughts?

    He got lazy in the 2nd round - if you look closely you'll see him try to stick out his tongue and/or talk some **** just as Taylor nails him... I don't think he'll make that mistake again...

    But you're right - if he would have lost in the 2nd he would have been called an "over hyped white boy" amongst many other derogatory things.


    i think the reason he is getting this much attention has to do with the fact he's really the only white american fighter with wins like that
