Just as violent. Would it be a greater KO than Marquez icing Pacquiao? Lomachenko is the P4P King and Teofemale Hopez just left prospect stage.
The Pac ko was shocking since Marquez never came close in their prior fights. People are already talking about the possibility of Lopez koing Lomachenko. That talk never took place for Pac-Marquez (as far as I know...).
Lmfao, you seriously comparing Loma to Pacquiao?? And last time I checked Canelo is the P4P KING like it or not
I say yes. Pac was wreckless at times and marquez had the right combination of experience and the right style to take advantage. Lopez on the other hand is 22 years old with no experience against elite competition going against the best defensive fighter and most hyped fighter in the sport.
If I remember rightly there was talk about knocking pac out leading up to their 4th fight as marque had bulked up and looked strong in training, I think I even remember marque sending a speed ball flying
I remember vividly at the weigh-ins when everyone saw how pumped Marquez looked that he was planning to go for the KO.. He had 3 razor close fights that could have went either way and many felt he wanted a decisive victory and he did just that.. That is why he was satisfied and never wanted the 5th fight..
I'd say yes. Because Pacquiao is a more pressure fighter than Loma. And in the fourth fight, Pacquiao did fight much more aggressively (and recklessly). I can't say that Pac underestimating Marquez in their final fight. But considering that the result of the first trilogy have been largely in Pac's favor, there could be possibility that Pac got used to it and decided to go full throttle and drop his carefulness. Loma, on the other hand, is a very cautious boxer. He might put pressure on his opponent, but always does it in pragmatic way. And there's very unlikely Loma will underestimate Lopez, whose physical difference and power he is aware of, in this fight.
Lomachenko's the greatest amateur of all time and has only been dropped in the pro ranks once. He's the current P4P King and he's much more defensively responsible than Pac.
In case you didn't know, Amateurs and professionals are two different things, you can't judge a fighter's career by his amateur career , and no, hes not the p4p king, He hasn't beaten a top elite fighter in years, heis recent best win is a fighter Cano blasted in one round.
