I know haters will hate and all that lot but surely even you will have to credit a man for unifying 3 divisions and becoming top dog in each one.

Well, your post actually is very good for crawford.

It happens always the same to those fighters who are extremely good. They always face China-like figthers, and once they win they always win to Burkina faso-like fighters.

Gamboa was chinese... and then, suddenly, PAM! from Burkina Faso. Magic!
Indongo was a tough chinese mofo... then then, all of a sudden, PAM! from Nicaragua. Magic!
Postol was an invencible chinese guy... and then, PAM! from Samoa. Magic!

That's life. Extremely good fighters like crawford, one in a generation, need to learn to live with magic around them.

 

So beats Spence/Mikey, Thurman, and Porter or some combination of them and their conquerors? Would be impressive. But is there Carl Froch, Mikkel Kessler, Arthur Abraham, and Sergei Kovalev quality at the time Ward beat them on the list? Don't think so.

 

I never understood why people rate so high Froch and Abraham, tbh. In my mind names like thurman or spece or mikey are rated way higher pound for pound than any of them. Actually, in my mind they both are nothing but bums.

I honestly think they are bums. They both, I honestly think that they are bad boxers. Specially Froch, omg, what a caveman. He has no F clue about boxing. But anyway, Abrahams too. I just cant help but thinking they are bums when I see them fighting.

Yes, sure. I know that. And actually they won their fights, and that's a point against me too. But I just dondt understand why they won. Well, guts, iron jaw, iron will. That makes a lot, I guess. But I dont say a fighter is good just because of those attributes, I look for something different in a fighter when I say they are top notch fighters.

 

Like a fighter who is 18-4 in world title fights like Abraham is?
