If that Martinez punch would have hit Hagler??

It would've put Hagler down but not the way it put Paul down. Hagler would not have made the 10 count. That punch would've put George Foreman down for a few seconds... or at least wobbled him hella hard. That ish was all power.

 

Sergio would make Hagler take Olympic styled blood tests and then beat up his girlfriend to postpone the fight...

 

Did you see his posture? Did you see how quickly the lights went out for Paul... Martinez isn't lanky like Paul. That shot had some shoulder in it.

That was a PERFECT punch... and nobody on here can post one that rivals it. If it had glanced PW, he would gotten up. That punch went all the way through.

It looked like the casino game where you rear back and test your punching power and it rings up a score.

 

Ever seen Robinson Fullmer? Valdez Briscoe?

Hagler would have walked through that punch like he didn't even get hit. Hagler=greatest chin of all time

 

That would've done some serious damage to whoever it hit. I wouldn't bet on Hagler getting stopped by it, but it would've messed him up had all the other circumstances been identical.

 

I dont think martinez would be able to know hagler out with that punch. Maybe if he was able to sucker punch him right in the jaw the a wiiiiiide hook. Ive never seen hagler hurt

That shot would have stopped Marvin in his tracks momentarily but no more than that.
In addition Marvin wouldn't have been walking into an opponent with his non punching hand by his waist
