If Algieri put in this type of performance against Floyd there is no doubt many would be saying Floyd loss. I think Khan won 7-5 and most seem cool with that but I notice anyone who wins 3 or 4 rounds against Floyd get to claim they won, was robbed, blame Vegas, and get a parade in Argentina.

Sad part is that fans then make a case for the loser by framing the fight in slow motion, criticizing the judges and ref, inventing conspiracies, and finally starting online arguments and petitions!

Nice bounce back performance from Chris but still have to wonder what the hell was he doing vs Pac? He made Manny look way better than what he is at this point.

Problem is most people don't even keep a scorecard. They watch the fight as one long 36 minute round and then judge it by what they remember.

Floyd would have had an easier time than Khan.

    Footwork better
    Knows how to fight backwards
    great counter-puncher

Chris would have had success in some rounds but only the rounds Floyd lets him have pretty much.

Also it would be very easy for Chris to feel comfortable boxing on the outside with Floyd yet losing every round. He'd feel useless trying to hunt Floyd down...and it would snowball into Floyd's fight.

I see a lot of insecure scorers on here. If you know how to score a fight and watch a fight you should never have to second guess yourself.

    a lot of BS talk

Did anyone claim Canelo, Cotto, Mosely, Guerrero and many other win vs Floyd?

what you Floyd fans are bitter about is that Floyd's performance vs Pacquiao was pitiful. It was arguably his least impressive performance, possibly ever. Floyd didn't do s h it, yet won because Pac did less. Floyd basically felt Pac's speed and power, got scared and ran, threw girly punches and stayed at a distance for 12 rounds. It was pathetic and a missed opportunity. This was a golden opportunity for Floyd to showcase his skills, dominate Pacquiao by hurting him, knocking him out or at the very least landing big shots. He did nothing of the sort and basically won a cautious sparring session. HE fought scared and safe...

floyd fans are as bitter as Pac fans, this is clear. Floyd's win was bittersweet for him and his fans; a W with a grain of salt.

Pac was supposed to be better than all of those guys and now you are SUPRISED that he did better (arguably) than them against Floyd?

No ****ing duh dude. He still lost. This isnt rocket science. Styles make fights and winners win. Time to move on.

Ya know, it should have been clear from the thread title what your motive was.

The reason Algieri lost against Pac is because he got the sh!t beaten out of him and was timid of Pac's power.....considering he went down 6 times. My god get of Floyd's coin purse and give credit where it was due.

The motive is that if Floyd had a fight leven this close with Algieri there'd be more than a few claiming he loss, no credit, exposed, etc...there'd be slow motion videos all over YouTube by now!

clearly, the TS took cheap jabs at Pac fans (slow motion blah blah.) so i rightfully dug that hidden motivation out and threw a jab back. Like i said, Floyd fans are as bitter as Pac fans, poor Floyd still didn't get the respect he wanted after the fight. It's his fault, he could've given us a fight and showed more *****;instead, he chose to fight scared and made it a snoozefest. 'If i do little but you do less, i win'. All the millions that mo f o got should be paid back to the fans.

Whose bitter? Lol. Classic projection. I'd be more upset if PAC fans took the loss in stride.

Being whiney Crybaby's about it with excuses just proves everything I've been saying about this cult for years.

    Frankly I'm ecstatic.
