Margarito went out personally to Floyd and asked for a fight, Floyd went stuttering for a reason.

 

Are you serious? Ortiz moves a lot better and quicker than Margo. Has faster hands, better one punch KO power and is a southpaw.

Floyd couldn't use his jab to the stomach because of Ortiz's stance and that punch would eat Margo alive. Also Floyd's shoulder roll works better vs orthodox fighters and some even said it doesn't work at all before this fight

 

Thats the same **** you clowns said about Hatton and Mosley, and he whooped both of them.

 

All true and Floyd beats Tony 10 every time...But Tony ices Ortiz anyday of the week.

slow margarito with no head movement walking in straight lines would lose by a wide UD. Mayweather would pick him apart easily. Prime Margarito was being outboxed by cotto for 6 rounds and no way Floyd falls apart like cotto did.

Margs certainly would've been more competitive.

I never get why people overrate Shane's victory over Margarito so much. Margs was caught with rocks in his gloves literally minutes prior to the fight. Just how strong mentally do people believe he was in that fight?


I don't know if a prime Margs would've beaten Floyd, but, it's a fight I would have loved to have seen. but, that's the problem with Floyd; he never fights the guys you want him to.
