    arum put out a word cancelling the fight only after both sides agree that they won't be able to come to an agreement before the deadline.

    incidentally, it was reported that the negotiators during mediation made an agreement but floyd wouldn't sign off on it.

    USADA testing is year around. Floyd only want a test for a particular time. And PAC can't be tested because he's a cyborg.

    Exactly, so wouldn't the testing be easier to beat since you already know the date you start getting tested?

    What was Pac's issue? Don't give me the blood weakens him excuse either because he also said the gloves and his socks effected him in that fight as well. :blood

    there is still no proof that he is juicing. when he gets caught, then, people can start pointing fingers. as for now u got shite just like floyd. maybe manny is from another planet too. mofos just imagining things like the mayweathers. they r just delusional. i would like solid proof, more believeable. floyd is just speculating, and speculation is nothing but bs

    Of course there is no proof. Pacquiao wouldn't do the testing so we'll never know if he was or not.

    That's what gets me. It's the lies that are questionable. Why not just use one excuse and be done with it.

    I didn't wanna buy that hype that he was "mostly speculation" but Pac waiting forever to agree to the test,now he won't take the Vada ones..I would not be suprised,Alex Rod was caught,would not be surprised if Pac juiced at all..

    If he took the test he can silence the critics,but Manny does NOT want to prove he is a clean fighter,even if he is one like he says..

    Finally someone recognizes the truth. That's why Pac needed an outdoor arena built. If he's inside the MGM, with the hot lights, and the heat from a sellout crowd, his face would melt, revealing the circuitry within.
