I don't see why if he was the bigger draw all along that the first offer should go from 50 up to 60.

Pacquiao changed his position on the blood test even though he disagreed in principle to INCREASE the chances of negotiations working.

Since then, Floyd both shut down the window on the blood tests and increased his purse split demand, DECREASING the chances of the fight being made, as if beating Mosley overnight made him number 1 and Pacquiao a cheap contender.

Seeing as it's his first fight demanding blood tests in the first place, and having since then switched the negotiation priorities according to what Pacquiao's is more seemingly reluctant to concede, I blame Floyd.

However, I also give Pacquiao a partial blame for not proving his innocence in the initial deal.
