    did not occur, could it still have been a 10-8 round for Vasquez? Great fight btw

    I think so, the beating Marquez took was epic. I dont know how he took that punishment for so long.

    marquez would've went down the canvas anyway with vasquez's next punch. it could've been either a KD or even possibly a KO as the bell can't save a fighter.

    Yes, I thought it was a 10-8 round before the knockdown. The KD just sealed it and made it more dramatic.

    It was insane. Out of everything from the 3 fights, the thing that impressed me the most was Rafael Marquez surviving that final round.

    I think so. Marquez was being battered and dominated in the 12th. Had there not been the knock down and the round was scored 10-8 I think the ensuing controversy would have dampened an otherwise great fight.
