Anyone that believes this offer is genuine is deluded. Interview done today haymon and Shirley have cancelled their meeting with Hearn, asked to meet tomorrow no response....the offer is apparently a email sent by wilder??! With no details of venue, where the money comes from, backers, boardcasters etc??

Am sending my offer in now just need to find my crayons!!

Let’s just see how this all unfolds, a lot of business is done by an informal offer followed by a formal one

BTW if it is a "REAL" offer Joshua should take it or you would get some stick from me, just funny how Joshua does a interview 2 weeks ago saying if they offer 50 million i would take it in a second, then they offer 50 million and apparently Joshua and his time have only 24 hours to respond!

    Wilder v Breazele next
    Joshua v povetkin next

Yes, if it were real, Wilder would be A-Side, but I have suspicions that it was a bluff, because Wilders's team refuses to meet Hearn to discuss this deal.

If the offer was real, yes, Wilder would be the A side.

However, it isn't real, so he's the B side.

Joshua should take the 50mil guarantee obviously, but the 50/50 split is a joke why would the guy with 3 belts and been making 10x more money take a 50/50 split.

It's slightly different as I understand it.

AJ and wilder are to split revenues 50/50 but AJ is guaranteed $50m. So once that 50 is reached all the Rev goes to wilder until they reach 100mn at which point it's shared equally. So fight makes 50m AJ gets it all
    Fight makes 75m AJ 50, wilder 25
Fight makes 100 each get 50
Fight makes 150 each get 75.

Once the fight makes 62.5m for the fighters wilder is ahead of the offer from Hearn. The better the fight does after that the better Wilder does in comparison to AJ. If it massively outperforms Hearns projections then the Wilder camp will clean up, taking just as much money from it as A side AJ.

That's a big if however. A poor showing and they still have to pay AJ his 50. Although they may have spread that risk across the venue and broadcaster and they will count on uk revenue despite the unfriendly timing.

However, Wilder wants to control everything, the referee, judges, boxing commission, venue, probably the food, etc., still Joshua is, by far, the A side. Wilder is a fighter who fights for pig farmers in Alabama. How can Wilder get 90,000 fans are ringside in Alabama, or even Vegas? NO, UK is where the fight should be......................I saw what Haymon's referee did for Wilder when Ortiz had him hurt, and Haymon's judges..............
