If the Rematch happens, who's putting their money on Kov?

I said bad decisions dont occur twice in boxing with the same opponents, I know Kova could very well get the victory he deserves in a rematch but knowing how bad boxing decisions can be it is stupid to bet on it. And the very fact that you have the tenacity to mention me in your post tells me the level of butthurt you feel about the way the match played out. Keep convincing yourself that Ward won, but keep me out of your incoherent posts.

Can't see any good reason why Ward wouldn't win again.

Funny how the guy who got weaker after the KD was Kov and not Ward. Just saying. How do you explain that?

Kovalev didn't make any adjustments in that fight. He made some concessions.

I was waiting for this witty reply. Sarcasm. Lol. Ok and Hooker deserved the draw on the undercard.

Believe what you like you're in the very very distinct minority.

I will admit that there have been some really bad calls in fights but this was not one of them. This fight could have went either way. However, the fact remains that when two fighters step into that ring, their destiny is in their own hands(literally). Whining about a close decision is pointless and if a fighter is looking for somewhere to place some blame, then he should look in the mirror.

You agree that Russias WADA accusations are politically motivated, you sir have a good amount of wit.

He slowed down, probably got tired wrestling Ward and chasing him around. Doesnt mean Ward won the fight or hurt him.

Well from what I remember the only relatively clear rounds that Ward won were 7 and 8. I'm not saying these are the only rounds he won but in every other round he either just edged it, is disputable if he actually won it or lost it. I think I gave round 11 to him but I don't remember seeing any boxing clinic or anything close to Ward "controlling the fight" like some people like to pretend.

If Ward had "figured out" Kovalev as some people said he should have been the clear victor in the last 3 rounds which simply wasn't the case.

Kovalev was waiting for Ward to come forward and counter him too much, instead of pressing the action. I think he really believed that he had this fight in the bag and that he was winning clearly, that's why he was content to just box Ward and cruise through the second part of the fight. Ward is a good counterpuncher and Kovalev probably didn't want to start playing into his game and give him any sort of momentum.

Ward is not adaptable. He could win the rematch but I doubt it. I do not bet on any sports. Or gamble at all. I expect Kovalev to win the rematch. He will use a straight right to counter any jab to the body. It is a simple counter especiaally if you keep your feet in the right spot

Honorable mention body shots, making Kov miss as chasing Ward around not cutting off ring....
