It's common for the loser part to be crying. It's when the winner are the whining bunch, that's when professional help is needed.

Kov lose the belt unfairly, remain classy.
Ward and his fans are the whiny bunch.

Ward was surprised at getting the decision and let every know by saying Kov will feel like he was robbed. Before the decision was announced against Pac 1 Bradley told Arum that he just couldn't beat the guy but after he got the nod it was like 'sure I thought I won.' That turned out to almost cost him his life. Even his hometown fans turned against him and Bradley admitted that he was suicidal and it was only the support of his wife that snapped him out of it. In the rematch there was no way Bradley wanted to go through the nightmare of another dodgy decision going his way. He abandoned his normally slick boxing and loaded up on everything he threw trying to knock Pac out. The only way he wanted to win was by ko. Ward knows the universal disenchantment of his win so he could traveling down the same road as Bradley which would spell disaster in the rematch.

He's not adaptable? yet he literally took Kovalev's big right hand away after the 4th round. I will be betting and it will be on Ward especially if guys with your line of thinking are betting which will raise the Ward odds. I'm not saying its inconcievable that Kovalev can win, they are both world class so it will be competitive but I think Andre will have worked him out from the start.

Your premise is flawed and undermined by potential poor officiating. Cower behind the judging? Convenient for your argument maybe.. Would you be confident in backing Ward in Russia with Russian judges? Don't sneer at peoples legit concerns...

Pity Ward doesn't sound too keen to do it again then isn't it?

Yes it's a stretch isn't it considering the consensus is Kovalev won last time! I mean I honestly think a lot of you people are willfully ignorant or just plain dumb! Do you even think logically? Even if you are blind or too thick skulled to admit Kovalev was shafted, to suggest you struggle to see Kovalev winning on points when Ward only OFFICIALLY won by ONE anyway is as ridiculous as continually citing the judges in this fight as proof that any debate is null & void or acting like robberies suddenly don't exist in boxing all of a sudden! I mean if you don't like debate then why make a thread on a debate board? You can cite the judges all you like but Kovalev was wronged here & the rightful winner. Sorry. It wasn't even that close in my book. The evidence is clear for all to see. It is on youtube. Russians (Prov, Kov & indeed other EE's on many occasions like Loma getting a MD or SD) will always struggle to beat a top US fighter in America (Prov, Kov etc.. This is why Povetkin never bothers!) unless it is a clear cut whitewash and the judges really can't justify robbing ( Kov/Bhop) no matter what! That is why boxing needs to press the reset button and stop being so US centric. Times have changed! Ward beat Froch fair & square, if it was a replay of that then sure ppl would accept it but to call ppl who don't cowerers & whiners because actually they see an injustice here is to take away the morality & objectivity that comes with being a fan. If we just go on official decisions then the sweet Peas of the world or the Sven Otkes would be retrospectively just as they say on the tin! But they aren't.... Are they?! Sorry for the ramble folks.

Boxing needs it's fans in the same way politics needs a free press, to hold it to account otherwise why even have forums? Judges can get it wrong! FACT!

Ok fine. That just shows you are quite narrow minded (no offense) then.. No problem with you picking Ward but struggle to see a points win for Kov? Really? Perfectly feasible & plausible to me.

    Sorry.

When somebody says they struggle to see someone winning on points, they mean that they heavily favour the other fighter should the fight go the distance. It doesn't mean they see it as impossible. So he's narrow-minded for having an opinion, in that he favours one fighter in a fight that goes the distance heavily over another? He doesn't agree with you, so he's narrow-minded?
