Why would the judges want Ward to win?

Ward's already squaking about retirment the guy will NEVER fight Kovalev again, ever, under any circumstance and all you cucks will applaud him for his self serving, disgusting cowardice.

Punctuate the fact that Kovalev is the superior fighter?? ABSOLUTELY! That's why Ward is looking for that exit strategy already. LOL! "Moral Victory" Give me a break dude

Nah I knew he's fight Kovalev as did many others. But for the guy to be running his mouth on videos and now looking to delay or most likely cancel the rematch because he has a sudden urge to retire are a couple of reasons why he's disliked. Plus the guy just has a smug personality about him (His little nickname is SON OF GOD LOL) that made watching him get dropped on all fours almost orgasmic. Getting his face smashed with a jab while he was doing his wannabe Sugar Ray impression was nice too.

The judges are under order from the boxing establishment to make sure their American hero gets the victory over a Pro Putin Russian. The hometown hero vs the foreigner from the East, whom do you think would get the victory here? Even if the boxing establishment had Kova outboxing Ward they would try their hardest to give the fight to Ward. It is what it is, an American star at 175 would sell more than a Russian with a small fanbase. Also the experts agree as well that Kova was robbed, so your opinion means **** to me. Also corruption and bribery probably came in to play as well. There is a list of possible reasons, bad decisions exist in boxing.

You want a simplified and basic excuse why Kovalev was robbed? It is simple, Ward is American, the last great Olympic gold medalist representing the United States of America, Kovalev is the foreigner from the East who sympathizes with the most despised politician in America's list, Vladimir Putin, and who happens to be Russian with a thick accent as well. It should be obvious to anybody with a brain cell why this robbery existed. And the very fact that you refuse to acknowledge that the boxing community filled with experts, people who know about boxing had the fight for Kovalev already tells me you lack those brain cells. If Ward becomes a star at 175 they could promote him as America's champion, and a unified American champion at 175 would sell more than some Russian with dynamite for fists who likes Putin. This is not rocket science, it is called a hometown decision, dont overthink it. Ward was and is America's great hope for the 175 division, their golden boy.

Since 80 percent of the boxing community comprised of experts, judges, writers, hall of fame fighters etc scored the fight for Kovalev, YOU should accept that Kovalev won and think what are the reasons the judges screwed over Kovalev for? I gave you a list, now contemplate and move along.

I'll take the bait. All my vcash on Kov, when a re-match happens. Main reason - he always comes back far better in the second fight - Boone, Pacal.

Don't play semantics with me son. Yes he's narrow minded. He call's people cowerers & whiners simply because they speak out & hold what was clearly incompetent officiating to account (Something I suspect he has done in the past. I mean who hasn't?!) Yes I think on this subject he is narrow minded based purely on the evidence of what went down last time. Struggle to see Kovalev outboxing him? Really? He did it last time, that is the general consensus & OFFICIALLY there was ONLY a point in it. Yet he has Kovalev struggling? He can speak for himself btw ;)

In fairness that's too harsh on Kovalev, he has a better case than George Groves had. And he is a better fighter too.

And this is too harsh on Ward. The guy hasn't retired yet, it's all speculation at this stage. You can't bash a fighter for something he hasn't done yet.

Liquid, I had Kovalev winning the first fight but Ward did seem to win 4 of the last 6 rounds in my opinion, showing that his adjustments were working to some extent.

It's not unreasonable to think that Ward outboxes Kovalev in the rematch with further adjustments.
