    If the Super 6 final between Ward and Froch ends on points and it's close and most viewers have it for Froch (like 7-5/6-5-1 or something), will he get the nod in Atlantic City, USA?

    poll options:

    Yes
    No
    Maybe/Dunno

    I get the feeling he will. Ward, probably because of his style, seems to generate a bit of resentment from the boxing public (fans), and the judges on the night may have a negative outtake in his work. Froch will seem to be tidier operator.

    But hopefully, he [Ward] won't allow it to be close enough for it to come down to that.

    In a close bout, I don't believe he would. Froch would have to KO/TKO, or win a clear decision. But you never know, the judges may be unbiased in this case because of the size of the bout.

    I dont think so, I think if it is very close it will end up somnething like this: ward 117-111/115-113/116-113, froch needs to ko him.

    In the U.S.? I'm very skeptical Froch can get a W here without a KO.

    Of course he will.

    Odds are, Froch will even come in as the favorite.

    If they can find any reason at all to give him the decision, you'll see him get the nod just as he did in Dirrell-Froch.

    It depends if he wins the fight, I don't think he will be "given" anything, if he wins the fight...he'll get the decision, if not he won't.

    If you read, it clearly states;
    So the majority of the boxfans (partial or impartial) scored it for Froch :deal

    Slappin' Joe beat BHop in the U.S. in a close fight. Some felt Joe won, some felt Hopkins did. Not saying Froch would get the nod, but I think it depends entirely on what the judges are looking for. Ward will definitely be the more accurate puncher. Froch will have the higher work rate. Just depends on what the judges look for. I dont think this will be a concern though because I honestly think Ward will convincingly win this fight.

    Nope. In order to win, he's gotta do it decisively, clearly winning a majority of the rounds. A knockdown would greatly help his cause.
