This "glass jaw" discussion is leaning on the edge of "ignorance" and in some cases, it has crossed the line. Many times a knockdown has nothing to do with the boxers ability to take a punch, it is often a result of poor balance or not seeing the punch coming. Many boxers have had fractured jaws, but that again has little to do with the ability of one to be a human punching bag, often it is caused by a boxer having his mouth ajar. If a boxer sustains a fractured jaw in a bout, and keeps on fighting, that is not the stuff of "glass jaw theory" that is courage under fire, and that is the stuff of true champions
I dont get the Rahman inclusion, Wlad couldnt lay him out for the count, he was on his feet when the ref stopped it. Sanders couldnt put him out, against Tua the ref stopped it while he was on his feet and still in there. Maskaev first fight was spectacular because of where he fell and unfortunatley he hit the table and monitors hard. Nobody would stand up to the Lewis shot that put him down.
You really are some sort of ******ed thick **** with all the analytical and observational skills of plankton and should be kept away from keyboards and sharp objects. Harrison has been down a total of once in his whole career...he has no heart, but his chin is OK. My picks: Wlad - Down a career total of 11 times Floyd Patterson - Down 22 times in his career Just goes to show that if you have the skills chinnage isn't the be all and end all.
British fighter take the top spots, easily. they dont have chin, thats fine, but they also dont have skills=disaster:rofl
Yes he has some sort of wierd fetish for glass jaws..:rofl It does give me a chuckle that everyday he brings up ", GLASS JAW OR GLASS JAWS.."
Norris def had the worst chin for a fighter of his level ever...I guess that's what makes him so special though!!!
