I mean, While the man as undeniable skills and is devoted to training. Let's see what he has done for the last couple of years for what really is.

2004-DeMarcus Corley: The man rocked Cotto with a good punch. But then started kneeling everytime Cotto touched him. Cotto beat him quicker.

2005- Henry Bruseles: What did Bruseles do to deserve this fight??

2005- Arturo Gatti: We all loved Gatti due to his style and personality. However, we all know he was never anything but a B class fighter, at best.

2005-Sharmba Mitchell: Late at Mitchell's carreer. Williams and Tszyu beat him way faster.

2006- Zab Judah: I think this is the best opponent Floyd had since 2004.

2006- Carlos Manuel Baldomir: COme on!!! How Judah lost to this *******?? Gatti???Well, I already talked about Gatti.

2006- Oscar DelaHoya: Since it was at 154lbs and DLH used to be a great fighter some people will say this was the most important fight. However, I think that was Oscar DelaHoya's shadow. Plus, I will never understand why DLH stopped using the jab.

2007- Ricky Hatton: If you have been reading ESB forums for some time you already know my opinion of Ricky Hatton. He is not worth talking about.

2009- Juan Manuel Marquez: Great fighter!! He went from 130 to 135 at the age of 35 and had two good fights. He attempted fighting against a welterweight fighter at the age of 36y/o. DO YOU REALLY GAVE HIM A CHANCE TO WIN THAT FIGHT????? Even there, Floyd failed to make the weight specified at contract.

Does he really deserve even more money than Manny in a fight?? Why?? Just because he is american and americans fans spend a lot of money in boxing?????
Just the same way I tought Cotto deserved more money to fight MAnny. WHY?? Because for that fight Cotto was the champ (AT THE TIME) and Manny was the challenger. Some people say there are too many titles around. Well, Cotto had one and MAnny didn't. Now Manny has one and Floyd doesn't. Plain and simple. The only reason titles are not that important anymore is HBO. Then, why don't they create a ****ing HBO title???? They are controlling the sport anyway!!!

I guess you didn't get it. I will try to explain it better for your benefit. Floyd's fame was built by HBO and their BS P4P concept. Floyd acts like the world owes him something thanks to HBO. Of course he could fight at Showtime. But I really doubt showtime would help him to get away with so much BS.

I do get it. Networks build up fighters all the time. They invest millions into them PBF is no different from Cotto, Ortiz, Pac, Taylor or anyone else. You just picked PBf to try and single him out when in reality I coud say the same about Cotto.

LEt me tell you about Cotto. When he fought Margarito, the promotion concetrated on Tony. I do understand there are about 8 millions Puerto ricans between the CONUS and the island. And there are 110 million mexican in Mexico alone. So they can buy more.
When Cotto won against Clottey, they even interviewed Clottey FIRST!!!!!
And against PAC, you know PAC was the star of the show, even though Cotto was the champ.

The fight would probably be based on PPV numbers versus common opponents. That would explain your "Why?".

Anyway, if the numbers for this fight beat JMM vs FMJ don't you think they would be out by now? Rumors were already out by now on Money's numbers. Where are Manny's numbers?

    (Crickets...)

I don't think you get it.

OMG TELEVISION HAS A HUGE ROLE IN SPORT WAT A SURPRISE...... You should know this by know boxing is the worst because they are not regulated, nobody tells HBO to show floyd fights, they extend his deal. And I'm pretty sure a 5 weight world champion and the top 3 most well known in the WORLD could find a plac to show his fights
