If there were only 1 belt per weight and only 8 weights certain fighters in the Super and Junior divisions would either move up or down depending on how comfortable at the weight. There would also be less multi weight champs

    The 8 names would be:

    1. Wlad - HW
    2. Dawson - LHW
    3. Pavlik - MW
    4. PBF - WW
    5. Pacman - LW
    6. JM Marquez - FW
    7. Vazquez - BW
    8. Donaire - FW

If we go back to the original 8 divisions, AND, back to same day weigh ins, **** would get stirred up big time.

1 heavy V Klitchko (in the hypothetical situation where they fought)

    2 Lightheavyweight Kessler

3 Middleweight Abraham (agreed wouldn't have moved up)

    4 Welterweight PBF

5 Lightweight Pacman (wouldn't have gone up)

Don't follow the lower weights enough to say...
