    ...It's Bob Arum.

Manny: "No blood in the last couple days."

Roach: "Five days would be fine."

Arum: "14 days??? **** that! The closest we're coming is 24." :deal

True. He doesn't want to risk losing his cash-cow. If Pacquiao loses - which is atleast a 50% probability - then his value goes down immediately. He could chuck Pacquiao in with Bradley, Malignaggi, Foreman, Marquez, whoever he damn well wants and milk millions out of him in each fight.

Well if he loses to CLottey which is also a possibility it gets worse. THis fight represents more money than five fights combined, it has to be made, and the fact that these two ego maniacs cant put it aside is ridiculous. I think Floyd played with fire too long, Arum is old and rich and Floyd needs to realize that if he needs the money.
No sure thing Manny gets past Bradley, Foreman and Clottey easy.

Fully agreed here. Arum is an old senial *******. Didnt he say that we would be idiots to not let this fight happen. Well to me it seems he was just excited after after the Cotto fight and when it got time to really make the fight he realised it may not be the best thing for him. Selfish *******.

Why would Arum of all people dictate when the testing would be performed? I don't get it. And why wouldn't Arum want this mega fight, he'd make one of his best pay days to date.

Same goes for Mayweather:lol: he loses to Pacman & he's done:deal why do you think Floyd has avoided all Margo/Mosley/Cotto/Williams & now Pacman:deal

It's a business after all & as far as Mayweathers concerned he's chief asset is his unbeaten record so it stands to reason from his point of view to protect it at all costs:deal

Same with Arum who's assets are his income, Pacquiao is already a very wealthy man so thats why he dos'nt give a **** & agreed to fight Mayweather at 147 & win or lose he's still gonna be OK as he's also not expected to beat Mayweather who has it all to LOSE:smoke

Unless this is Pacquiao's last fight in which case its a waste of money from Arum for Pac to fight anyone else. Also, Pac's value wouldn't go down too much if he loses to Floyd. A little for sure but he's been through a loss before.

Disagree. Pac lost to Morales (1), but both loser and victor's face value was upped big time that a trilogy was demanded--and granted. No one fighter's value is diminished if one puts up a good fight even if that fighter is on the losing end.

Point being, you think like the Fraudster. Losing ain't the end of your marketability especially if you give your heart to a fight. Keyword: heart (ie. huevos, cajones, corazon, etc.). A thing which a lot of pundits found Gayfeather to be sadly lacking.. :good
