If Hagler had won the belt then faced these guys, how do u see it playing out?Do you see him getting through unbeaten?
    1.Iran Barkley
    2.sumbu Kalambay
    3.Nigel Benn
    4.Steve Collin's
    5Doug De Witt
    6Felix Trinidad
    7Ronald Wright
    8William Joppy
    9Felix Sturm
    10.Julian Jackson
    11Jermain Taylor
    12.Arthur Abraham

I chucked a few easy defense s for realism. So could Marvelous get through 12 defense s meeting those?

With ease. DESTRUCT AND DESTROY BABY! Wright would be the hardest fight.

Beats all and knocks all out except for Steve Collins and Winky who both survive but lose lopsided decisions.

Hi Morlocks, yep head to head, prime prime Hagler beat's with ease. But I'm putting Marvin in the same time scale as his actual title fight s .So by the time he meets his tenth / eleventh opposition he's no spring chick. Not sure if you this as any bearing on your opinion?

Same time frame 10 & 11 were Hamsho ( I believe a great underrated fighter) & Hearns. Here it would be Jackson and Taylor. Jackson out in 2. Taylor beat to a pulp in 6 easy rds. I see noone to trouble The Brockton Blackbuster. It's just different level. And 15. Only. I know most of these posters never lived thru 15, but for 80 years 15 IS boxing. Where you separate the elite from the very good. These poor stupid *******s with the 12 rds heros never saw live the gameplan on how to work on a fighter to grab control and finish him in the late rds. 12 rds fights are heavy foreplay but no penetration :) Metaphorically.

Hagler has only 2 fights go more than 12 rounds, and he didn’t exactly set the world on fire in either of them, so I’m not sure 12 v. 15 rounds gives him much of an edge in these matchups.

Hagler should be favored to run the table but I wouldn’t be surprised if he underperforms in one of the later defenses.

Kalambay is the name that jumps out for me. He was a much better pure boxer than any natural MW Marvin faced IMO. He had problems with southpaws, though.

I'm thinking perhaps your right, if Kalambay had taken the place of ,let's say Jackson ,then yes that would have being a lot tougher fight. By then Haglers winding down ,the age is catching up .Up pop's a unknown European based fighter whos as tricky as hell to touch!
Could be a upset in the air .
