If they retired today, where would you rank them as ATG's?

That's the thing. Pac's not near retirement yet and he already accomplished whaT SRL has accomplished. What if he beat Hatton then takes all 135 comers(which is very Doable)???

Pavlik will beat Calzaghe because hes taking on all comers in his 20's? Sound logic :nut

Calzaghe beat Eubank in his 20's, better than anything Pavlik has done

How old was Eubank when Calz beat him??? Is Eubank considered top P4P when Calz beat him??? Why not Calz beat RJJ, Bhop, Toney, in his 20s???? It could've sounded better.

One interesting thing to note about Pac's career is that if his fights were scored correctly, he would be 3-3 against MAB, Morales, and JMM (the era he supposedly bulldozed through). 1-3 against Morales/JMM.

and not a bad record considering that his "three losses" are close ones?

if his fights were scored correctly, it should be 6-1 and not 5-1-1 against the trio of morales, barrera and marquez considering that a judge made an "error" scoring the first bout with marquez.

Wow.. I didn't expect so many people to rank DLH higher than everyone else.. I would rank mine on the achievements each one has accomplished.. As all the fighters are near retirement, Pacquiao still has some years left in him as he is in his prime which is outstanding as he has achieved a lot more than the other fighters I've named despite having lost 3 times.. I do remember a thread about ranking Morales, Barrera, & DLH and most of the people said they'd rank all three in the same area, I think around the 100's if I can remember? So if you have DLH ranked with them, how could you have Pacquiao so far back? Anyways, this is how I would rank them..

    01. Manny Pacquiao
    02. Bernard Hopkins
    03. Floyd Mayweather
    04. Oscar De La Hoya
    05. Joe Calzaghe

Tell me all about Joe Calzaghe's controversial wins, that had over 50% of people thinking the other guy won

    Please...

completely disagree...being undefeated for so long in a weak division and not doing anything for your legacy prior to lacy, its about who you fought and what you did. Never did fought the best in his prime. His best win up to date is kessler who is a B+ fighter.

manny has a couple of ?, because he takes the risk. Joe has the 0 because it has been an easier path for him.

look at the names on the resume and it clearly suggest pac is far more superior when it comes to acheivement.

I was about to post the same exact thing, but you beat me to it.. How the hell would he be 3-3 against Morales, Barrera, & JMM? Clearly people are still hungover from the JMM lost..

    the way i see it

    1. PBF( perhaps in the 30-40)

    2. DLH ( in the 35 probably close to PBF)

    3. Hopkins (a shoe in for top 50 ATG)

    4. Pacquiao (along the 70s)

    5. Calzaghe (doesn't even get in the top 100)

It was only controversial to a few dorks that can't score a fight to save their life. If they asked their guide dogs they'd know the score

Every credible poster on here had Calzaghe winning

Pacquiao got a draw and a loss at best against Marquez.
