I would say exactly the same if for example Moses Itauma or Fabio Wardley knocked out either of them this year or next year.

Their prime time has come and gone so we know what their ceiling was.

The only ATG in the era was Usyk.

    Now explain your comment.

Let's get the fight signed first, and then we will see the vibe; hopefully, it's done and set for the Uk this Spring / Summer.

If it gets signed, everyone will be excited come fight week and condemn the fight before that

As for Fury losing? It would have a bloody huge impact on his standing amongst boxing fans

Fury has talked far too much to be able to shake that one off

AJ actually at this stage has very little to lose

Just another Khan v Brook now.

They had a chance to make it happen and didn’t. Fury setting ridiculous deadlines didn’t help, nor did Hearn and Warren acting like kids.

To be honest, I quite liked Mitch

Talked bollocks sometimes but stuck to his guns and I gotta respect that

    Didn't follow a crowd

I always felt like Mitch could have been Skye Nicholson-Hearn for some reason.

Oh absolutely people will get excited. But this should've been for all the marbles. Usyk is a class act inside and outside of the ring but to see a British undisputed champ means the world to me. If the fight gets made then there's nothing at stake. It's just a British dust-up, albeit a big one. I want to see the Union Jack when the name of the undisputed champ is being mentioned.

    Yes I'm a flag shagger.

He certainly gave the forum a great laugh at times finding unorthodox comparisons to edge Fury and Wilder down his CV rankings.

His Cv rankings were more complex than the Davinchi Code

You're right in fairness. It's virtually a free shot for AJ, he's coming off a heavy loss, his career hasn't recovered after losing to Ruiz, and I think people have finally realized the level he is at. Hearn will spin it to make it sound like he's on the verge of joining the mat Rushmore of HWs, but we all know that he's a massive underdog in this one.

Fury definitely has more to lose in this one, and I don't think that much of Fury either, I just think AJ is far more broken mentally than Fury.
