At no point have I ever said 155 or no fight, I have said I can see both sides of the argument and that I have Alvarez winning at 155 or 160.

Even had Tony looked amazing versus Páez, Jr. and/or steamrolled him with a blitzkrieg early KO, that is still a B+ grade career welterweight. Margarito has done NOTHING WHATSOEVER (nor could he in any short amount of time, we're talking at least 2-3 more fights, placing us somewhere in mid-2017) you could say justifies a shot at the MW king.

His last time competing at the weight came in a different millennium. It was the freaking Clinton administration. atsch
