No one has agreed to the test, because if they had, a contract would be available and the ball would return to Floyd's court.

The fact that Pacquaio's advisory team all has differing opinions and attempts to skate away from the issue should tell people something.

I personally feel this is a head game by Floyd Mayweather Jr to get some control over negotiations initially which has now escalated into a big snowball because Pacquaio refuses to take the test, now Pacquaio has to take the test for the fight to happen... Why?

Cause Floyd gets 20million with Pacquaio but 40million with anyone else

So, Arum constantly talking about WADA, means nothing? Instead, we should focus on what the conditioning coach - who is not Pac's advisor - says in a rant about how May shouldn't be the one dictating terms?

I understand Pac's team in the past have not made things clear, but surely these repeated statements by Arum - a man who you all say is the one controlling Pac - on the importance of a worldwide doping agency, means they are serious? Instead of Floyd saying "Oh they're lying" (as if he himself is the most honest person in the world), shouldn't he at least put their statements to the test and challenge them to see if they are true?

Arum constantly talking means absolutely nothing at all, he's a promoter and it's in his best interests to lie in many situations because it's very hard for him to be found out, as we've seen with this testing where other advisors of Pacquaio constantly intimate that he will not take the test.

Ultimately, it simply takes Manny Pacquaio to say within an interview after Marquez "Categorically, I will take the olympic standard testing on a random notice period without any issue" or words to that effect.

For all Floyd's wrongs, he has remained consistent "If you the best, take the test". We can't say the same about Manny and consistency.
