if tyson fury was australian would he be our number 1 heavyweight ever ?

    Leapai is totally unheard of in the UK. This is a big reason he won't get a fight with Fury any time soon. Because if Tyson beats him, it would not advance him in any way , and i doubt Leapai would come cheap. Promoters want to advance their man and make money for themselves.

    Leapai could have entered the international heavyweight prize fighter tournament last year, and if he won that he would have been a name opponent. However he chose not to. If he had done that and won, he could have fought many of our heavies.

    If Leapai is as good as some of you seem to think, and Fury is one tenth as good as he seems to think, then they will meet in a huge fight for the world title. But to be fair neither of them look remotely world class.

    I think u guys are hypeing fury up a bit i think meehan still knocks him out badly he has not bad hand speed movement is good but no pop what soever. average fighter until he shows otherwise. nice to see the brits & scotts trying to convince us he is good. cheers guys
