What's to say that Floyd cant lose or get KO'd by Shane? His fanboys act as if Floyd losing is something that's virtually impossible!

Who would have thought that Tyson and Roy would lose the way they did when at the top of thier game?

This is boxing folks. Anything can happen!

    He can, and hopefully will.

  3. Very astute observation... kinda.

This is boxing. If the outcome was predetermined than why would we actually have the fight?

I agree, but his fanboys act as if such a feat is out of this world and impossible. They wont even answer the question of "if" Floyd gets beat. To them there's no way it can happen.

Who the hell thought Duran would outclass Barkley?

That's all I need to believe in a Mosley win.

  7. Ignore the fanboys and they will go away. :good

I agree that this is boxing and anything can happen. But At the same time you have to look at the circumstances surrounding the Tyson knockout, and the Jones KO. Tyson had broke away from his trainer, stopped using the style that made him great, had a completely inept corner, and didn't take the fight seriously. Jones killed himself trying to come back down to light heavy from heavy.

Is there anything in particular that makes you think that Floyd is in a similar situation.

Floyd doesn't slack in training or preparation, i.e. Tyson, and Floyd isn't dropping weight rapidly, like Jones did.

I'm no Floyd fanboy by any means, but I do find the possibility of hi getting KO'd hard to fathom. Using Tyson and Jones aren't good examples. Understand that I do think it's possible he could lose...I just think him getting KO'd is very, very unlikely.

And Joe Louis beat Max Baer.... I'd say that has as much bearing on this fight as Tyson, Roy, Buster and Tarver. I think we'd be better off breaking down Shane and Floyd. If Shane can knock out Floyd tomorrow (I don't think he can, but if) it'll have nothing to do with Buster Douglas.

And just for the record, I don't think it's just fanboys saying Floyd's not getting KO'd, just the majority of boxing fans.
