I have always felt that an in shape and motivated Fury would narrowly beat Usyk because I think it will go to the cards and be a solid fight but Fury doing enough to win on the cards. He uses his reach well, can counter and can flash decent quickness in his hands. It really depends on who implements their plan better. I would prefer that Usyk wins because Fury isn't very likeable.
