If Usyk fights on after Fury, he ought to abandon the paper IBF belt and fight Parker

    I can't read all the comments, but, if Usyk beats Fury. Clearly. He is the proven best of this generation and don't need to waste his time fighting the others.

    Usyk only needs Fury to claim he is the best of Parker's peer group. Yes, he is resurgent, but Hrgovic is a problem that hypothetically will still need dealing with. Parker is a problem that several fighters have already found the solution for. And again, Parker swerved Hrgovic to fight Joyce for more money...which is fair enough. But sadly for Parker, he lost that fight

    I wouldn't consider fighting Joyce over Hrgovic a duck. Hrgovic, imo, still isn't a proven quality at heavyweight outside of a controversial decision against Zhang. Hrgovic brings nothing to the table and is a poor man's AJ.

    I doubt that they’re going to strip Usyk if he beats Fury. The IBF hasn’t enforced a HW mandatory fight in almost 3 years. It’s become a running joke.

    Hrgovic and Parker would both be acceptable options. I’d prefer he fight Hrgovic though as he’s the fresher of the two.
