He would have proven he's the best of his generation, he would have reached the mountain top...and as payback for Fury not granting a rematch to Wlad...he should tell the gypsy to pound sand! Retire, go back to Ukraine and call it a career!

    That would be my advice.

If i were Usyk and I won I would be tempted to not give Fury a rematch b/c of how many times the fight has been delayed.

It would be interesting to see how Fury deals with getting beaten. Post fight would he implode on mic like Joshua or would he handle it well?

But are you okay if Fury gives Usyk a rematch in case Fury wins?

Man I'd laugh if that happened. It's what Fury did to Wlad.

Actually - I think that is quite do-able.

Fury would keep the WBC belt, perhaps.

But in reality, Usyk has signed a contract for a rematch - and he will keep it

    He is a good man

Rematch is in the contract. There's even a tentative date set for it.

    Yet aother fanciful thread.

If Fury loses he is going to publically campaign for a rematch.

If he wins hes going to rip up the contract and walk away whistling.

They have two-way rematch clause. The only way rematch does not happen is if one of them retire.

Usyk won't want a rematch after he is soundly beaten

I don't think retiring is something you could pull on to avoid the rematch, as this is a signed contract. Retire after the rematch fine, but not before.

But Fury absolutely deserve this for every single s*** he has done and the damage he has done to the HW division and boxing reputation as a whole.

But Fury retiring if he beats Usyk is a very real possibility. He'll have the undefeated he'll have the Usyk win he'll claim he doesn't need to fight AJ because Usyk beat AJ twice and he beat Usyk.

He'd be leaving an awful lot of money on the table.

How much is retiring undefeated and quitting while you're ahead worth? Especially when someone already has generational wealth and was seemingly willing to retire 3 fights ago. I don't know.

His resume at HW is not that good. Sorry to keep raining on your parade.
