    Not really.
As the Haye-haters (read: Klitschko fans) like to point out, he has done nothing of note at heavyweight, therefore a 300lb man defeating a cruiser weight is not a big deal. It's the norm that a big man beats a smaller man.
Conversely, if Haye closely beats Valuev, it's not that great of a deal either because Valuev had trouble keeping up with great grandpa Evan Fields.

The only high-credit bearing situation is if Haye knocks out Valuev.

I already have respect for Valuev. 3 years ago, I would pick him to beat Haye easily. He is so physically depreciated now though, that I don't see him throwing enough punches to even squeak out a decision. Unless he gets a gift like he did against Holy.

Lots of credit, simply because someone finally would have taught Haye a lesson.

If Valuev ever fights again as he did against the white wolf, or when he was still a contender, he could win. In his shitty fights, he is just plain lazy and looks worse than he actually is. I saw several of his fights when he was rising through the ranks and opponents would often look good early, bomb away, hurt their hands and then Valuev would take over because he simply wouldn't slow down or be affected by the punches he absorbed. But for that to happen again, he would have to have real desire. In many of his fights in recent years, Valuev looked like he really didn't want to be there.

I wouldnt be surprised if Haye does lose.

Infact i think this fight will be alot closer than alot of people think.

If Valuev wins he will automatically go to my all time favourite fighter because he beat the guy who i cant stand.
