If Valuev wins I'd have more respect for him than I do now because I think he'll lose so if he proves me wrong I'll have to give him some respect for it.

I still won't have maximum respect fopr him unless he tries to unify though. It's one of the cancers of boxing imo, belt holders who are happy to live of the title of "World Champ" without actually trying to prove themselves as the best in the world.

I'd give him respect, but not much. If he Knocks out Haye then what has he done? Knocked out a guy that had a shakey chin at Cruiser. Haye needs to show me something in the Heavyweight division to get me excited for him. Plus outside of Mormeck, who did Haye beat at Cruiser that was inmpressive?

 

If Valuev knocks out Haye I will say that it was finally a good achievement by Valuev, because knocking out people is what Valuev usually doesn't. I would give him respect because I don't expect him to knock out Haye.
