If Vic Darchinyan beats Agbeko he's p4p top 5

I think Vic deserves to be in the top ten P4P but to get in the top 5 I think he has to first beat Agbeko and then fight the two other big names at Bantam: Montiel and Hasegawa. I have absolutely no doubt that, if he should beat Agbeko, he will set up a fight with either of these two as that is what he is like. People have differing opinions on him but I think he's great- hIs unorthodox style of fighting is exciting to watch and he actually wants to fight the best rather than sit behind mandatories accepting payday after payday. Darchinyan is absolutely brilliant for boxing, IMO and I hope his success continues.

Nothing to add really but thanks everybody for the good reading. Some stuff to think about.

No he is not. He got brutally KOed by Donaire and needs to avenge that loss.

You can't keep a 3 division champ out of the top 5 when you've got inactive fighters and other guys who've been beaten in their last few fights above him. :deal

The doniare fight doesn't negate Vics other achievements.

I'm a Donaire fan and I honestly think that he is better than Vic. But his resume is just so much better than Nonito's so I don't think his loss against Nonito should hold back his P4P standings anymore. It's unfair considering what Vic has done since that loss.

At this point, I think Nonito needs the rematch more than Vic does in order to catch up. Or Nonito needs to do what Vic is doing and start winning belts.

Well said. I am a Vic fan but I honestly believe that if he fought Nonito again he would get knocked the **** out again, Nonito just has his number. But Vics other wins stand..
