If Vic wins in style, where do you rank him P4P?

The Gonzalez fight really was crap; it's what tipped me to pick Vic.

Vic is always going to be very beatable and very dangerous at the same time. Whether he spikes his brawling with boxing or not. Tiger, stripes, yadda yadda...

What more he did look like averege against an african in the next fight, and then dominate a few bums nothing more and now he shedule to do a Valero and Linares type of oposition and get a free belt against a journeyman.

You don't even know what to respond. Nonito is still not a p4p fighter, at least in my eyes.

Commentators were extremely biased and Don King's judges did it all. Darchinyan should have known better. If he had boxed the fight would have been easy. 116-111? Don King sure liked that.

Mthalane is way harder fight than Mijares. Very solid defensively with clam-shell defense similar to Wright. Donaire had to adjust and turn to orthodox stance in that fight. The bum that you mentioned had a 22-0 record. He dominated those fighters and KOed them impressively.

Unless you put so much stock on Arce and Mijares and Kirilov. Kirilov and Mijares have the softest punch in the boxing world, very fundamentally sound fighters but they can not break a soft-boiled egg with their punch. Arce is a defend with your face fighter. Even Lumacad, a bum, was able to mark his face. Arce is the kind of fighter that even when he is fighting bums, he always ends up with disfigured face, bloodied and gored. In other words, anybody could connect against him, and fortunately, Darchi had heavier hands that was the difference.

The only mistake actually is putting Darchi in the top 10 P4P because he does not have the skillset to be one. Sure he is exciting because he has the kill or be killed mentality, but he does not have the subtleties. P4P is subjective based on perceived skillset of a fighter plus resume (taken on the context of how good really is the opponent). He may have the resume, assuming that you highly regard Arce, Kirilov, Mijares, but he does not have the skills, not an iota of it. Even in those victories, he had been so predictable.
