Better than that version of Tyson? I'd pick Arreola, uh, Williams, Gomez, Sanders, Hide and Peter to be able to beat Tyson's 2004 carcass. ...I have a really strong case for the Williams pick too.
Arreola and Peter over 2004 Tyson? Really? I know he was bad but he wasn't that bad, was he? Obviously Williams will be mentioned a few times but, without the injury, I'm sure Tyson would have won. I think Hide's jaw would shatter on the way to the ring. I think the best shouts are Gomez and Sanders. I'd have picked 2004 Tyson over both though.
Yeah, 2004 Tyson could dominate this division today! It's almost weird he just went on to try and bite Kev's nipple off and then retire, considering how competent he still was. Also, Tokyo Douglas is h2h #3 HW ever and Vitlay sucks.
you think the tyson that lost to williams is better than Sanders, Peter, Arreola. did you see what happened when williams faced a klitchko :!: it was brutal
Tyson would have been destroyed by Klitschko at the time. Both Klitschko's, Haye and Adamek beat 200 Tyson, no question. I'm not overrating Tyson, I just think he'd have beaten the dog **** opposition Vitali has previously faced.
Yes, indeed!! Tyson was already past past past prime... It's only obvious Danny Williams knocked him out at that stage. It was a blessing too for Vitali as Danny was a more credible opponent than Tyson in 2004, not much but still slightly better.
He declined quickly. I'm sure he would have beaten Williams without the injury. Tyson of the Etienne fight and, honestly, even the Williams fight, is better than most of the guys you listed. Most would lose like Etienne did. WIlliams beat him because of the injury and because of how determined he was, which is something none of the guys on your list have.
Not sure what good a 2004 Tyson win would have been for Vitali. Yes, better than the Arreolas and Sosnowskis of this world, but really how much better. This Danny Williams Tyson wouldn't have landed a single punch and got beaten like a redheaded stepchild by Vitali like all the other mediocre contenders Vitali has walked through so the difference is really just in the name for Vitali's record.
