Vitali no, Wlad yes. The longevity's going to be what does it in the end.

Lennox was a great fighter, but he also only fought 44 fights and his longest unbeaten streak once he stepped up was a little less than 6 years. Wlad's got one more loss than Lennox, but he also has 18 more wins and has been on an unbeaten streak over the last 8 years. If he keeps winning, it's going to eventually outweigh Lennox's resume even if one prefers Lennox's names on the top end.

 

Lewis was fighting top 5 heavyweights by his 20ish fights though.
