    ...most of this forum would be calling for the DQ.

    However because it was Golovkin, and if the same thing happened to Kovalev, Beterbiev, Lomachenko, Wlad etc. etc. you'd all be saying "never a DQ, YDKSAB you troll **** you suck **** you *****".

    Just to give my piece, I don't think it should have been a DQ...but swap Golovkin for one of the guys in the thread title and the whole forum would be filled with threads saying "______ is a cheat"/"The win doesn't count, _____ should have been DQ'd"

    Lemieux should have been given time to recover and Golovkin should have been penalized.

    GGG should have been deducted a point at the very least, and Lemi should have taken the 5 minute breather to recover

    blah blah blah... in reality they would have gotten away with bigger things, but you would play as you haven't seen those things and instead will concentrate on more ****ty hate of non black boxers.

    The point stands though. Those fighters mentioned are hated by 95% of the forum and people would try an think up of any explanation to deny giving them credit for a win. The fact that they're all black doesn't matter really, but it does make an interesting finding and shows a lot about this forum. Besides maybe Wlad who gets hate a lot, the guys who I suggested who'd be defended here are all white which shows you again the type of **** that goes on here and who is loved and who is hated. Can anyone honestly say they'd defend Broner or Wilder here if they did that last night? Take away the likes of MVC and a few more, there'd be several threads about it from the usuals. Right now I see one thread about Golovkin getting DQ'd. Swap the scenario and you'd have 5 or 6 at least on the front page.

    Amazing how youve put Ward in there who is known for his holding, wrestling and headbutting that oftens goes unpunished.

    Also Hopkins who is one of the biggest cheats, not to mention one of the biggest cry babies. Whose illegal tactics get renamed as "old school" skills:lol:

    Golovkin should have been warned though and Lemieux given additional time to recover.

    I thought he should have been deducted a point and no I don't think you should automatically be DQ'd for that, it depends on the level of malice involved, Barrera's shot on Manny in the second fight after the ref told them to break was malicious tonight, GGG just got overzealous.

    all the guys you mentioned are disliked for different reasons, anyone who saw that punch last night knows very well it should of been a point deduction at the very least, I am not defending GG for what he did, because we all know that was a blatant foul, even if it happened in the heat of the moment, but the fact that the ref ignored it shows how he couldn't deal with the atmosphere and magnitude of the fight, I'm sure Bayless, Weeks, Smoger or Reiss would have taken a point away and given Lemiuex 5 minutes to recover
