If Wilder and AJ and Fury all end up fighting each other at least once....

People need to stop hating, the build up to an AJ Vs Wilder fight or AJ Vs Fury would be incredible. They'd both be big big events. Boxing might make mainstream news again.

 

That's fair. I'd be more generous toward him if he had not allowed himself to go to ****. Fury did the same but at least didn't get schooled the way Ruiz did. He had to know what Joshua would try to do, and he just didn't prepare himself physically or mentally. I lost a lot of respect for Ruiz and don't think he deserves another big three payday until he reestablishes himself.

But I agree he has shown more than the other guys I'd group him with, as Whyte is a porpoise and drugs cheat, Usyk is a HW novice, Parker has failed in his stepup attempts, Ortiz is old and came up short twice, etc.

 

I bet Ruiz could hurt Wilder more than Wilder could hurt him.

I’d like to see Ruiz earn his way back,
Maybe he can fight Ortiz or Brezeale or one of those No name cans that fury has crushed. That should put him back in the conversation.

 

I don't want to see Deontay fight any ferocious punchers this year. I would be happy to see the devastating bronze bomber fight old grandpa Ortiz in a wheel chair exhibition match in June.
