Povetkin struggled against Price LOL, why because he got caught off guard? Do you moonlight as a stand up comedian? Price was demolished, it's sickening to see the blood splatter from the mouth of his paralysed body on the canvas. And he was knocked down before that.
There's two scenarios for Wilder in this fight: 1. He loses to Fury and is therefore exposed for the pathetic joke of a fighter that he truly is. OR 2. He beats Fury who is then declared a fat guy with no stamina, a bad chin and past it and Wilder will then get no credit for it. And the thing is, either of those are the ONLY 2 correct ways to look at it. If he does beat Fury, it WILL be because Fury was past it. And if he loses, it's because he's not good enough. Usually you get these same reactions after a fight, but the accusations aren't true. But in this case, they ARE true.
Allen struggled against Ortiz that the definition of a struggle, furthermore: "Strive to achieve or attain something in the face of difficulty or resistance" "A very difficult task" If you downed your opponent once, and then knocked him out and broke his teeth in the second, that is not a struggle.
Yeah, I've seen the match 3 times, I'm well aware of how it played out. I guess you missed the part where he was stunned in the first right? He had issues with Price, and the fact that it went 5 rounds shocked everyone. Yes I clearly saw Price bleeding from the mouth prone on the canvass. And why did it take Povetkin 5 rounds to do that again? Everyone was predicting a violent 1st round KO IIRC. I'm assuming you haven't seen his matches against Hammer and Rudenko, if you had, you wouldn't be arguing with me. He looked horrid.
Fury is a washed up cocaine fiend, this isnt the same Fury that beat a washed up Wlad people. This is a bloody Fury that is recovering from a drug addiction and depression and god knows what other mental illness. I am not giving Wilder any credit if he beats a recovering drug addict with mental problems and physical fatigue.
If Wilder beat Tyson, Tyson was not ready and didn't belong there. If Tyson beats Wilder, Wilder is an overrated paper champ. But I highly doubt Wilder loses this.
Getting bludgeoned non stop from start to stoppage would constitute struggling IMO I've love to see what Ortiz would do to that joke you've got as an avatar as well, it wouldn't be pleasant.
I didn't see Povetkin struggle at all, he did what was needed and put out a strong, freakishly tall, heavy weight. And ate a huge hook to the chin himself via distraction. Full credit to Povetkin. 2018 a generation where human beings do not give credit anymore. I saw no struggle in that fight whatsoever.
The mere fact that it lasted 5 freaking rounds.... means that it was a struggle. It should have been over in 1.
I wouldn't have to, Christ you might be the most delusional new poster this site has seen in quite some time.
Should have been over in one? Are you 5 years old... this ain't comic books kid. It's a professional bout, these two men train hard against tough sparring partners, then when they get in the ring they give 120% more than what they showed in sparring and EVEN MORE THROUGH SHEER WILL AND POWER to not give up in a fight. You are too silly to comprehend that, and think this a is a video game: Povetkin power rating: 8 bars Health: 6 bars Speed: 9 bars Round one, game over.# 5 rounds in boxing is a tidy dispatch, go fish.
Just keep it simple, if it happens, I back Dillian to win, because you are clearly brainwashed on overhyped Ortiz. Ortiz ain't bad, but he aint god's gift to the heavy weight boxing division either. Dillian's body shots, counters and catch + left hook, will make short work of old man ortiz.
I stopped reading after some one said Ortiz was a better win than Povetkin. Wilder ran from Povetkin he was happy to fight Ortiz. AJ still will have a better CV. If Ortiz was only 39 he would have stopped Wilder instead of gassing out. The blood doctor is 49 for sure..
