Or will haters still be hating?

Me i would accept him as the real deal albeit one that has some refining to do. To me this is his first real defence the last 3 were cherry picked fringe contenders at best...not so this time around. I count myself as a wilder fan but just one that is still waiting to be convinced......this fight for me should do that if he wins emphatically in style. Hoping it turns out to be a good fight.

No credit from me. I'd just say Povetkin was drugged by the Russian mob.

All things considered I'm not on the deontay chin waggon, so I think he wins it. But I'm for Povetkin to be honest. I hope its a good fight, but I doubt it lasts too long. Then again i said same thing about stiverne/wilder

He's going to beat the #3 heavyweight in the world in his hometown, of course. Not going to happen, though.

His career to this point has been a farce but if he wins it is a good win.

Yes. He would get bags of credit from me.

I fully expect Povetkin to stop Wilder and put on an impressive performance. If Wilder can travel, win and win well then he should get the credit he deserves.

I like Wilder and hope he puts up at the very least a good display.

Depends what kind of shape Povetkin shows up. If it seems he's out of shape and not dedicated and his age shows declining is his performance.. Yes then I will still give hate to Wilder. But if he beats well conditioned Povetkin I'll give Wilder credit.

Even with a close contested loss he will credit from me, because that means I severely underestimated him.
    Let's see what happens

Povetkin has been in fantastic shape since he lost to Klitschko. Wilder doesn't really stand a chance at all and I think he knows it.

I really like Povetkin and I think he's going to grind Wilder up and make a great highlight reel for us, a la Takam.

But, should Wilder beat him, I'd have to tip my hat and give him his dues. Even a degraded Sasha would be better than the guys he has already beaten.
