The trouble is who of any legitimacy could he fight outside of Fury, Klit, Joshua or possibly Haye?
    All the rest are mediocre.

Google is your friend here. Rightly or wrongly Povetkin was under Wada's acceptable limit and they've said as much.

Had he beaten Fury then they would have enforced the mando on Wlad. As you say it had been a while and they felt that they needed to be seen to be giving title shots to the guys lining their pockets to get them.

Glad was given more discretion than most mando wise because he was a unified champion and thus has more commitments which is why he was given more leeway. It's not part of some big k2 conspiracy theory - the guys who have struggled to get one of the biggest talents in the sport good opportunities - in which they've been allowed to ride roughshod over everyone else.

Now I think Wlad is/was hugely overrated and benefitted greatly from being champ in one of the weakest ever eras but your hatred of the man makes you irrational to the point where you make a fool of yourself.

WADA have royally ****ed this up and they know it. They've essentially got a world title fight cancelled because they erroneously declared that Povetkin failed a test despite being considerably under the allowed amount. You may have noticed the reports of them attempting to clarify the situation which is still blowing up in their face.

Again, I've got no love for Povetkin and couldn't give a **** whether he ices Wilder or Deontay smashes him out. This however, is what it is. I'm not sure why you Wilder 'fans' refuse to see it.

Acceptable fights for a champion in my opinion:

Top 1-5: Very good. Career defining. Only really expect this level once every few years.
Top 6-10: Good. Only really expect this level once every 1-2 years.
Top 11-20: Acceptable filler for most fights.
Below top 20: Should be very rare.

Arreola is well below a top 20, and Molina is just below top 20. So I didn't really like those fights. However, Molina was Wilder's first defense so I can give it a pass. And I'd say even Molina was better than Breazeale....

But I'd say Duhaupas and Szpilka are top 11-20, and were acceptable fights for Wilder. While they have tons of flaws, the reality is that skills and resumes really drop off after the top 10 or so.

Disagree? Try giving me a full list of 20 fighters better than Szpilka and Duhaupas. I would be surprised.

Wilder's whole career is corrupt. Malik Scott should not have been allowed in a title eliminator losing one of his last two fights. Then he took a DIVE.

Don't get me started on the corrupt dealings with Don King and Stiverne. Where somehow the mandatory contender received the larger purse and their were not one but two postponements made by the WBC on a purse bid for them. And where is Stiverne's rematch clause? King has been around forever are you really telling me he let his fighter take less money and NO rematch clause to a mandatory lmfao.

Wilder is a fraud. The product of kick backs and bribery with the corrupt WBC and Al Haymon

And that's just tip of Iceberg.

Let's not get into how Molina earned a title shot. Or Duhaupas. Or Szpilka or wait for it ARREOLA

LMFAO the guys career is indefensible.

I don't know why people say this. I'm sick of hearing it.

Did you not see Thompson vs Scott?

    Scott just goes down easy.

That's all there is to it.
