I forgot that Ortiz was taking medication for his blood pressure. This obviously affected the outcome of the fight.

Because AJ is a bum as well? AJ best win came against a timid 87 year glass chin Wlad. Wilder best win came against a 108 year old fat Cuban guy. Neither one of these guys have proved anything yet. AJ might even lose to Parker.

AJ has same size of gas tank as Ortiz has, and if he doesn't knock Wilder out until 6-7th rounds, Wilder will throw him out of the ring.

In fairness even Wilder joked after his win stating we may never find out Ortiz real age or how old he is.

Even Wilder knows he's in his 40's.

Those who know Ortiz claim he has to be, at least 48 or 49 years old, he is sick, on blood pressure meds, two kinds. Why did Wilder refuse to fight Whyte for $4,000,000, instead fight Ortiz? Haymon did not control Whyte............When Ortiz had Wilder out on his feet, he is just lucky Joshua was not the one in the ring with him, Joshua by knockout for sure. Joshua is better boxer, stronger, weighs 260lbs. plus, hits harder and has a better chin and defense................can't wait to see Joshua knock Wilder out! By the way, Wilder refused to fight Vlad................an old Vlad.................Vlad would have knocked him out...............

I used to think that Wilder was scared of Whyte, but after Ortiz it's clear to understand that at least Wilder has all possibility to win Whyte. I think it's some "war between promoters", Wilder didn't want to be considered a "side B".

I don't understand this. He fought a better fighter than Whyte instead. That's a good thing.

    Correct.

Wilder speaking the truth, unlike some of his fans who are adamant that Ortiz is 38 and no older simply because they are desperate to maximize credit from the fight.

Eddie may be ducking negotiations, but AJ isn't ducking. He's from a tough, dark, shady background. He's a tough kid and he'd never back down in a fight. Behind the funny, friendly character is a monster. There is a dark side to AJ, you just haven't seen it yet. Parker and the promoter almost fired him up but backed down at the press conference. There's no ducking, AJ is a proper fighter, he doesn't do ducking.

What is there to be scared of? Wilder is the faster guy, but can't box and therefore can't put that speed to good use, as we saw in the Ortiz fight. Joshua is way bigger than Wilder, far more than the extent that Ortiz was weight-wise.. There's a huge gulf in physical strength in that fight, Joshua could bully him up close. Joshua is a warrior, even if Wilder puts him down, he's just gonna get right back up and keep going. And with the weight decrease, Joshua is a whole different beast. If he goes down, he gets back up more quickly. And not only that, he'll be harder to hit, he has a better defense and guard than Wilder.

What happens when Joshua gets Wilder on the ropes like Ortiz did in that 7th round? What is the difference? Well, Joshua is relentless, and he will bully wilder on the ropes. Wilder isn't escaping once he's on the ropes, and Joshua hits like a truck. Wilder isn't winning exchanges with a physical machine like Joshua.

There's no ducking. There's just Wilder making pointless noise.

Ortiz is better than Parker and better than anyone Parker has faced.

perhaps Wilder do is a bum but Joshua still is scared to fight him

thats why Hearn are making this ridiculous excuses and demands like Wilder would be nobody instead of title holder
