AJ is stiff empty tank robot with weak chin , so wilder def has a good chance to KO him. AJ went down after 41 yo wlad landed right hand, if windmill connects limeys will cry .

 

This. I remember a whole lot of posters here in the past saying how Ortiz would destroy Wilder and how Wilder would duck him. The minute the fight was made suddenly Ortiz became a 50 year old bum who has no business lacing them up. DW will never get his due in some peoples minds. Im not a huge Wilder fan but id love to see him spark AJ just to see the reaction on here.
If that happens i think all the haters will latch on to Coke head Fury and say DW didnt really beat the real champ.

 

If he beats Joshua then he will get a lot more respect.

People don't 'hate' Wilder, as much as they're frustrated by him.

Wilder v Wlad/Vitali/Haye are fights which have all been missed.


At the end of the day Tyson/Ali/Lewis/Foreman etc were big names because they fought multiple heavyweight champions, with multiple unification fights.....

None of those guys would be the names they're in the sport with Wilder's current 41-0 resume.

What?!!! lol! gtfoh! Vitali retired in `12 and Haye didnt fight for 4 years 2012-2016. Why would either one of those guys fight DW a nobody at age 25 at the time? Haye just came back to the sport so when exactly were these fights supposed to happen? Stop hating!
Youre also wrong on him getting more respect. DW has earned that respect since the Ortiz fight from a lot of people. The only people he didnt earn respect from are the same old haters who are going to not give him his due no matter who he beats. There will just be more excuses and more goal posts being moved.

 

Wilder refused to fight Vlad. Vlad is a much better fighter than Wilder any day! Vitali could force Wilder to fight him, but he is busy as mayor of Kiev, still, Vitali is in the gym, still spars and would knock Wilder out right now at age 46!!!!!!! Joshua will knock Wilder out, Wilder talks, but he will not provide anything, he has been lying for years now...............

 

I have always been willing to give Wilder credit when he deserves it.

I thought he would lose to Stiverne when Stiverne was WBC Champion and when he won I gave him recognition and said it legitimized as a real force in the division, and though I had no idea how he would do against Ortiz I gave him credit for overcoming a difficult opponent and winning a fight which he was, in fact, losing until the KO.

My problem with Wilder has always been that he has taken the road of least resistance. It took him over 30 fights and around six years to get in the ring with a live opponent, he's only fought two top-10 rated heavyweights in his 40 fight career (Stiverne and Ortiz), the vast majority of his resume is garbage and he deserved every bit of criticism he got before he finally made that step up in 2015.

Since becoming WBC Champion he's fought a better quality of opponent but he's still failed to make any real waves in the division. He made no attempt to fight Wlad then claimed he was the best heavyweight in the world when Tyson Fury beat Wlad for the other belts, and he's left Joshua to sweep up the division outside the WBC while he's sat in America making noise yet making little attempt to get anything done.

If he beats Joshua I'll give him credit and recognize him as the top heavyweight in the world, but that wont make the prior criticism of him illegitimate - that's he's got a ridiculous padded record and hasn't fought many top level boxers and done very little to chase the big fights.

 

Joshua will knock Wilder out and that's why Wilder will not fight Joshua...................

 

Wilder would lose bad v AJ odd's are he be sparked out,this is why the fight won't happen

This! I don't hate Wilder, just frustrated and more confused than anything.

 

I don't like him because he's bad for boxing's image. Having such a poor protected fighter front the prestigious WBC belt so long and only fighting a couple of legitimate fighters in over 40/fights gets no respect from me..

I find the guy a massive embarrassment to the sport and the WBC belt... He's so cringe in the ring I feel embarrassed for boxing watching that clown windmill his way to stoppages.. Meh!

Sooner he gets ktfo the better for the game going forward.. IMO...
