He shouldn't. But if he beats Fury and Joshua, then yes.

Might as well put Faruq Saleem and David Rodriguez in there as well.

Really depend on who he beats etc... IF he goes out beats Fury, AJ and is undisputed then should be in for sure...

Just like you guys, I would say it depends on who he beats. I cant imagine Wilder fighting any more B grade fighters. Hes made the step up when he fought Ortiz.

Then again 50 and 0 in the heavyweight division has not been achieved and is very worthy of a hall of fame spot.

I already have respect for the champ when he KOd Ortiz. 50 and 0 will turn me into a big fan of his.

If he gets to 50 without fighting joshua or fury, he has already missed the klitschko brothers it will be very suspect.

However he should probably still get in due to being world champion and 50 and 0. The fury and Joshua fights might not happen due to other problems such as fury gets beat and retires and Joshua keeps waiting till wilder slows down but gets beat along the way.

I don't think beating Joshua and Fury alone get him there. It is a great start, but 50-0? Maybe. Joshua and Fury are known for beating Klitchko, but not being Klitchko.

Wilder never even mentioned klitschko through his career. He has been a pro longer than Joshua not sure if he started before fury as a pro but they both fought wlad.

By finally breaking that record, even facing sub-par opposition in coming defences, he probably should.
49-0 has proven to be too big a hurdle even for bumbashers, and part of that is because a big money fight (against someone better) usually comes into play before reaching that mark.

Great topic but not the best timing, we should discuss this when Wilder actually gets to 50-0.
    Not right now....

Hate to say it, but he should probably be hall of fame now, or at least after one more win, I mean he is a heavyweight and we all know every heavy weight can bang/ drop another and yet he is undefeated in the weight class after 40 wins!!.

    That's a feat in itself.

He's fought some bums, but a lot of his oppoenent should be able to knock wilder out but couldn't, this includes Ortiz.

You think any other heavyweight could reach 40-0? You'd faill at some point, even with a mediocre opponent on your worst days.
