If Wilder vs Ortiz is off and Wilder is still fighting on the November date, will this mean that Wilder hasnt defended against an opponent with a long training camp to face him?

I could be wrong but seem to think that although dates were set for Wilder to fight someone, the opponents he was facing like Arreola, Duhaupas, Szpilka, Molina and Washington didnt get announced until quite late on.
If the Ortiz fight is on but Wilder is still to be fighting on the 4th of November, that would only give an opponent around 5 weeks.

That I am not sure if Wilder has fought an opponent who had more than 6 weeks notice.

Joshuas opponent was given notice in case of Pulev not making it to the fight so had a full training camp
