How would he do against the current cop like Spence, Thurman, Danny, Mikey, Crawford, and Porter? I think his athleticism and power would easily translate if he was a natural welterweight.

At 6-foot-7 he’d be really skinny but hard to reach.

Styles make fights. I can’t see Andy matching up well with Fury and I think very highly of Ruiz’s skills (even if I make a few fat boy jokes).

Wilder vs Fury was and will be again more edge-of-your-seat viewing because Fury can outbox him all day and then one Wilder punch can change everything. It’s a tight wire act with no net.

No he would struggle more because he wouldn`t have his massive reach advantage, I feel Crawford would be a nightmare for him but he would do great against the rest and he`s far better P4P than Mikey.

Crawford gets hit way too much. With the power Wilder posseses that would be to his downfall.

Excellent post, spot on. Wilder has zero boxing skills. If it wasn't for his tremendous power no one would know who he was.

Hed be a more powerful but less skilled version of Paul Willaims, Are we relly going to sit here and act like Crawford, Thurman, Spence, and Porter beat Paul Williams?

If you allow him to keep his current heavyweight power, height, reach and stamina while fighting welters he might decapitate someone.

I just said he has no skills and tremendous power. How else would you sum up Deontay Wilder besides adding the fact that he also has a suspect chin. Everyone of the welterweights you mentioned above make Wilder look silly in the skills department. Wilder is no Paul Williams. Who has Wilder fought and beat who has the skills of a Winky Wright?
