If wilder was a natural 147 pounder ... he'd have to get clearance to box in leg calipers...

No matter what weight Wilder would be, you still wouldn't be able to rule him out because of his power. You could dominate him for 12 rounds, and then just like, one punch, and it's over.

Is this question for real? Pretend a 6'7 215 lbs. man is a welterweight? Ahh, no, it doesn't work like that, sir.

P4P skill-wise he doesn't stack up with anyone in that crew.

Well maybe this will soften you, they both have great right hands, but Wilder would have had more success with his right hand v Spence than Mikey did, Fury is harder to hit than Spence is.

Fury is as good as Wright was P4P, but Wilder didn`t beat him, we`ll have to wait for the rematch.

You think heavyweights have better stamina than Welters?

Some have better stamina than others in every weight class. I’d say Ali had better stamina than Hearns.

I should have stated that I meant presuming he carried his power into late rounds at 147 the way he does at heavy.

He’d be Tommy Hearns but less skilled.

Mayweather would school him, Pacman would KO him worse than What he did to Ricky Hatton.

He would get easily out boxed by the elite, but his power could get him out of trouble, like Randall Bailey.

If Wilder was a natural Welterweight nobody would of heard of him. His lack of rounded technical skills are covered due to being in a slow high weight division that is not high in technical skill. Its an exciting era at Heavyweight but thats cuz its competitive and not because it is deep in elite level fighters. Highly skilled elite level Welterweights would handle a low skilled swinger like Wilder no problem. Wilder would just be another Bredies Prescott. leave your chin out and he will get you, but put in some skilled work and Wilder would be lost. Dont forget fat unfit ring rusty Fury proved it happens.

Saying that, the WBC would prob just give him a world title for the fun of it. They do what they want.
