    Well Mayweather called Mosley out and Mosley straight turned the fight down. He's done the same with Williams. Boxing is a sport and a business. These guys are all business men when it comes down to it. Mosley doesn't give a **** about legacy. He cares about getting paid, and will do what it takes to get paid. I have no problem with that. I just think it's funny that some fighters carry that attitude and it's ok while others are lambasted for having the same attitude.

    The difference is that Molsey is at the end of his career and is looking to cash out. Mosley is a titleholder at 147, not THE champ. When Mosley was on top and Mayweather was looking to build himself up, Shane basically told him to go **** himself. He did the same to Williams and Berto, which is why he's gone a year without fighting. He's fighting Berto now, but only because he has no other choice. Again, that's cool with me. But let's not act like Mosley isn't simply trying to get paid. If Floyd had the same status he has now, but wasn't a draw, Shane wouldn't want to be bothered with him.

    Me and you have already been through this. I said the same about Floyd and especially Cotto. They're all in the same boat if you ask me.


    Difference is.. Mosely has the nutz to interrupt Floyd's post-fight interview demanding a fight, yet he is ducking someone else for the same exact reason... trying to get a fight that is more lucrative. Pure hypocrisy.

    After beating Hoya, Shane fought 3 scrubs. The ratings were terrible and HBO told him to fight someone worth a damn or else the gravey train was going to end. That's why the Forrest fight happened. After he turned down a 3rd fight with Hoya, HBO encouraged him to fight Wright. Wright was the other titleholder in the division. There were no other big fights out there for Shane. No one is scared of Shane. True fans would love to see Mayweather fight Mosley. Objective fans completely understand why it's not happening right now. Smart fans realize that Shane would opt to fight Pac over Mayweather in a heartbeat.

    But ya'll forget that Mosley never talked **** about Paul Williams.

    Mayweather consistantly talks **** about Mosley.

    It's not the same thing...

    Mayweather don't give a flying **** about Mosely! And definitely not enough to talk **** about him... Unless he is constantly bombarded with questions about him...

    Sorry to burst your bubble, but everybody at 147-160 is ducking paul williams. The guy is not even close to being the most talented at 147-160, but his physical stature and freakish stamina is just plain nigthmare for everybody. Floyd, shane, pac, berto, cotto, hell even pavlik is duckin him. That's why I give so much respect for margarito, quintana and now martinez for at least taking the fight against williams.

    Who else could Mosley had fought at that time? Remember, he had already turned down a third fight with De La Hoya before he fought Winky. There was no one else.

    But Mosley is supposed to be a warrior who only fights the best. He doesn't fight for money and he never turns down worthy challengers right?
