The WBA has really became a joke the last few years with their round-a-bout of Valuev-Ruiz-Chagaev, and currently Chagaev and Valuev are still both (?) some sort of champions, which begs the question.... will Wlad be interim unified champ until he can drag Valuev in the ring? :think
Chagaev was the real champion , so I think if Wlad wins Valuev will be left out in the cold . Valuev should man up though and challenge the winner of the fight regardless of who wins. Haye can fight Vitali in the interm.
a harvard grad cant figure out what the hell it means to be a unified champ in this day and age of boxing...its a joke...bad enough when they added the 4th belt (WBO) but now we have WBA with 2 titles champion in recess and whatever the hell the other is WBA regular champion friggin joke
Wlad beats Chagaev, Vitaly later fights and wins against Valuev, and then they would decide which one of them would get WBA belt by playing some poker tournament )))
I could see the WBA making the winner of Klitschko-Chagaev the WBA Super Champion and making Valuev the "Regular" Champion.
